Managed our property for 20 years and would recommend. All agents especially over the last few years have been in regular contact looking after our property while we have been living abroad keeping it in good repair and notifying us promptly with any issues. The transition to move back into our home has been handled great by our latest property manager Tikal Betz.

TrustpilotQuick to get you in the property. Even quicker to try and charge you for every little thing when you leave.
Be very careful renting with leaders. They are motivated purely by financial gain and will 100% try and overcharge you when you are leaving the property. They are not a honest company and when they manage the property as well, be double as cautious. Do not recommend them in any way. Avoid at all costs.

Each stage like finding and rating the candidates, inventory check, completion of the tenancy agreement, sending the change of occupier info to the required organizations, completion of tenancy deposit procedures etc.. took place very smoothly.
