She lies and misleads Landlords which they are paying for the service from the LRG group it’s no wonder most of the team have left and Landlord’s are leaving since she started managing end of 2021 . Senior management is terrible , the contractors you are forced to use are just terrible also . The service is just disgusting .

Awful agency to rent a house from, they don’t deal with any problems! Leave you living in a mouldy house for months. Very rude! Take money off your deposits when they expect you to live in mould. Very disappointed! So glad I have moved out from that awful house! And don’t rent off an awful agency anymore!!
