Only been with them one week and have been lied to 3 times. Given very important information and within 24 hours told I shouldn't have been given that information and found them to be totally incompetent. Photos used where horrendous. Stay away. They are not even worth the 1 star!

Shocking renting a house where the maintenance as never been address. Ceiling falling in to the kitchen that's never been up dated. Mold in bedrooms where there's children with bad asthma. Front door that's not got adequate security locks. Porch that's rotten rear garden that needs a tree surgeon with overgrown trees. The list goes on.

Absolute sham of a letting agent. Unreliable and unprofessional in every sense. The branch manager himself is incapable of completing simple tasks and delivery on promises he makes. Head office don’t answer the phone and are not interested in your complaint.

I was pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Leaders. The individuals I dealt with at Leaders were at all times helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Minor gripes and I emphasize minor, I am not keen on docusign and the system for dealing with amendments to the tenancy is less than perfect.

There's always room for improvement. Cheltenham branch was fast and efficient in securing our rental property as we gave them very short time scale and had to move quickly. I would say perhaps admin fees are slightly too high. But gotta say the swiftness of their work pays off. There are bits that needs improving hence the 4 stars.
