Cancerous company. Nothing but issue with dealing with them. I've not have repairs completed. Work that was going to be completed before I moved in is not completed 3 months later. Be very careful with them get everything in writing and record your calls. Sales will lie to you. The complaints system is not taken seriously.

The text I'm replying to are from the staff asking me to do viewings for a property I'm moving out of. It's a UK mobile number but registered as Jersey, Guernsey, Manx on my phone bill.Appalling Business Practice.

Terrible agency! I strongly advise against renting accommodation through them. It's been a month, and we still haven't received our deposit back. They ignore letters and messages, and calling them is futile, they seem clueless. The landlord couldn’t help, as they control the deposit. Save yourself the stress and money. We're considering legal action to resolve this frustrating situation.
