Everything to do with the letting was problematical. There isn't enough space to write all the problems and inconveniences here! I'm very pleased to have now moved out and no longer experience the Leader's experience.So instead I'll list the good things - lovely flat, nice landlord, nice leaders staff doing all they could to help.

Lenwell in disguise, it says new name but same great team. The same great team that not once but twice messed up my lettings contract, they lose paperwork and important invoices. They are impossible to get hold of and the management are just as bad, stay away unless you want to fork out hundreds of pounds because they dont know how to run a business

Terrible experience from start to finish with this company. Lots of hidden charges. No one answered the phone when I rang. Had to send multiple emails and go into the branch to get a response from anyone. Took 2 months for them to authorise a second fob for the block of flats I lived in. Just glad to get away from them.
