We moved out of our property 7 months ago.On Saturday I hear that we may be receiving adjudication due to not paying any fees following our move. We would have been willing to pay the large majority of these. However, every email we were kindly greeted by an automated response, while continuing to receive emails threatening adjudication. Useless.

Leaders is a great estate agents. Whilst I have found housing elsewhere it was not due to their lack of trying. I was in contact with Selwyn throughout, who was really helpful and always got back to me about my queries. I would recommend them, due to their good communication skills and helpful nature, if you are trying to find a place!

Simply do not trust them! They will do anything to get as much money as possible from you. What seems to be a classic Leaders move, check other reviews, is to force you into "no-deposit" scheme without explaining how this works, I am still surprised this is even legal. Then (Landlords be careful) they will not find any issue when you leave, so they can keep the whole loot for themselves. Perfect "crime".

Abysmal company with terrible, unreliable support.I lived in my rented flat for just over a year. For half this time, I was managing a leak under the kitchen sink which they/the landlord routinely failed to address. The leak managed to get so bad that it started to drip to my neighbour's flat downstairs. It caused damage to the carpet, to the walls and to other parts of the flat as well.The kicker? They're now trying to take money out of my deposit for redecorations.Every issue I had with my property manager took weeks (if not months, if not a whole year) to address. Avoid.

Leaders have send four letters to my address now in an attempt to have me change letting agent. This is after me sending them an email demanding they desist.If they apply the same level of diligence to their business as they do their correspondence then it must be a poor company to do business with.
