Leaders handled the end of tenancy checkout process efficiently using their on line system The Depository.Throughout the whole process Eliza Gent our property manager kept us upto date on discussions with the tenants. She successfully reached agreement with the tenants on what were valid deductions and this was all completed within a week of the tenants vacating the property. We were pleased with the service Eliza gave us during this process.

Really lovely service from the Woking branch even though I was late returning most of my documents! The branch manager is wonderful and has created a lovely team atmosphere, I didn't feel at all uncomfortable or intimidated upon entering the office as you so often can with lettings & estate agents.
