I have always found Leaders to be knowledgeable and efficient and have dealt with them for many years with lets, relets and management problems. I have used other agents in the area but not found them to be as reliable as Leaders and they are my go to choice as they have found me some excellent tenants.

With my current agency it’s hard to get through to them but with leaders they reply as soon as they can and try to get everything sorted for you as soon as possible. The Lettings side of Worcester branch are scamming Cowboys. I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned after over a month and several promises it will be in my bank account. Phone calls ignored, promises to call back not followed through and members of staff pretending to be a different member of staff over the phone. Don't go near them. Impossible to deal with.

I wasn’t originally planning on going through Leaders to sell my home, but I was so impressed by Liz when she showed me around the property that I would like to buy, that I decided to go through Leaders, but only if Elizabeth handled my sale.Honest, open, knowledgeable and does what she says she is going to do when she says she will do it. During a pandemic !!!! all shower scum or male DandA left for new tenant ,all black grease on banister from cooking as open plan ,all mould in every room ,no fire working , curlys in toilet ,white toilet seat that has turned yellow

They list properties as 'chain free' but have tenants vacating the property that need to be evicted. Complete time wasters for first time buyers. When you need an answer they all claim to be on holiday. I would just avoid unless you want to stay homeless.Biggest mistake of my life dealing with them.Not much I can suggest to improve other than rebrand again like they did with Guardian.

This letting agent is a complete shambles, terrible service, they haven't got a clue what they are doing. They do not return deposits in a timely fashion and make no apologies for this. Every agreement they send to be signed is incorrect. I have never actually dealt with such an incapable firm before.... stay clear and don't waste your money on such terrible service.
