After requesting a viewing, got confirmation email, followed by the phone call with general questions.No one turned up on the day for the viewing. After waiting for 20 minutes, called the office, only to be told no viewings has been arranged. No apology and hang up the phone straight away. Will not deal with them ever.

Absolutely awful. Lack of responses. It took almost two years to get my fence repaired after asking multiple times and the embarrassment of the neighbours asking multiple times. And it took 11 MONTHS to get a ROOF repair. Which I believe they only eventually actioned because we were moving out. They then try to scam you when moving out if you’ve signed an NDO.
