Steer well clear! Only thing they are ‘leaders’ of is sheer incompetence! Won’t carry out any repairs and will scam for as much money as they can. Will happily breach contracts, never get back to you. If you want maintenance carrying out, don’t bother unless you want to chase them to repair it for nearly a year!

Leaders survive because there are 10 people wanting to rent every property. They don’t feel the need to answer online forms or return calls when messages are left because they know that there are plenty of people queuing up. There’s never anyone available to actually pick up a phone. Really poor (potential) customer service :(

Unprofessional, rude, disinterested staff with no communication who don't care about Tennant or landlord. The worst letting agent I have used in 20 years as a landlord. You will spend all of your own time chasing them for work they should've done. No clue what they are doing. There are plenty of other agents out there who deserve your money. Take heed and avoid.

Lovely experience with Kate at Leaders. My partner and I have found a house that we loved and after just a phone call and a few emails everything was in order to proceed with the rental agreement. She was very responsive and always available to answer our questions. We should be signing in a few weeks and are really looking forward to it.

Very disappointed. We had a viewing with an agent from Leamington Spa and hasn’t showed up. We have waited 30min in front of the house and nobody has showed up. We haven’t received any call or text that the agent is late and not coming. We haven’t even received any email apologising for it. Terrible service.

TrustpilotNO RESPONSE ON MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
We rent a house from Leaders Kenilworth since August 2022. The maintenance teams did not answer to maintenance requests. We have had many problems since we moved into the house and the Leaders fails to response to almost all of our requests. We have to report our situation to the Warwick council to get they to solve our problems. AVOID this agent if you can.

Although this agency didn’t let my apartment , I think if I had employed them first they would have. They brought good people who were screened to fit the type of tenant who I was looking for, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The prices are better than the big agencies so it’s worth using these people first.
