They think it’s ok to not sort out rat issues after 4 months of reporting we still have rats running along the communal carpark. Maintenance issues such as heating and damp will not be sorted quick took over 3 months of asking to get heating sorted in these cold temperatures.& will up rent by just shy of £200 just like that. My advice is to stay CLEAR.

Wanted to rent an apartment. All good, fast viewing, completed the reference paper they gave me. Then during 3 weeks the agent just email fishing to keep me on the loop with details until he found someone else. The name of the agent is Robert McAuley and I will suggest to be careful with him

members of their own staff renting out their houses wil leaking windows and mold on walls through leaders and refusing to acknowledge the fact that theirs mold and then making false claims for damages causing tenants to pay for bogus damages and repairs when tenants move out surely this must also be a conflict of interest i highly recommend not using leaders

Leaders in Sevenoaks and their predecessors have looked after our rental property since we purchased it in 1997. The service has been efficient, no-nonsense and effective. We have had virtually no void periods in 20 years. We decided to sell the property and asked Leaders to act for us. They sold the house within a few weeks and the transaction completed smoothly. Very happy with the service
