Not good as getting near to move date with that i was waiting for the keys to my move place as leaders know this and yet on the date Leaders told the buyers that the place was empty ready to move.Wrong i just got my keys at 1.15 pm and they told them could move in at 2pm. I never want them again.

They don't care about their tenants !!!!! Despite numerous emails about mould etc whilst living in the flat they never acted seriously! Upon leaving the tenancy their communication was very poor and we found we owed them money 6 months after leaving! They never accept fault its always the tenants fault! Don't expect good customer service over the phone haha they just talk down to you :(

Do not use this company!They will not return your keys.They will take weeks to answer communication.They don't look for tenants unless you constantly chase them every week.They leave checks and request to the day the tenants move in. Asking to install new fire alarm requirements on the move in day for a rediculous fee.The property managers are working from home or constantly on sick leave. Expect to be passed to between several offices trying to phone their managers.They left the contract to the day the tenants were moving in and they had not made any changes i requested to the contract.The managers were constantly flustered and disorganized.Please don't waste your time and money with this company!!!

Unprofessional service throughout the whole tenancy. The agents were missing during the viewing, the property had an ongoing issue of anti-social behaviour for 4 years prior to moving in. When I made the agency aware the denied all claims yet the police and property management company were in agreement that are ongoing issues in the neighbourhood. It’s very difficult to get a hold of them, I have to wait weeks for a response. Yet when they conduct viewings that don’t provided appropriate notice. I number of times I received a call or text an hour before a viewing without prior notice. They also gave insufficient notice with moving out, I have email proof that wouldn’t be vacated until I found a new place. This wasn’t the case, I was given 2.5 weeks notice and they have kept the overpaid rent after telling me I was entitled to a refund. When they want to get a hold a me then call form multiple numbers even from withheld numbers but now I’m due a refund it’s radio silence. Issues that were visible and stated in the original inventory are now being flagged as new issues on the move out inventory. This has been a very stressful and unpleasant experience and now they’ve failed to return my rental overpayment
