Really professional and friendly company- been renting my properties through them for a while and always feel at ease with the premier managed service, knowing that if anything bad happened within the tenancy. I would be covered. I have my own dedicated property manager which I appreciate, saves talking to numerous people every time I call.

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Jolanta, Lilian and Kristian at the Northampton branch. They went the extra mile to assist us.The team were pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.The welcome pack we received was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. If you're going to try to rent a property from Milton Keynes Leaders then get ready to have your time wasted, the phone put down on you and the representative not show up for viewings and the viewing cancelled within an hour or so of the viewing. The irony of the word leaders is they are leaders In mediocrity.

I moved to the UK from the US six years ago. Due to work requirements I have been moved all over the UK. After our move here to Hove, we came into contact with Leaders. This contact has been very pleasant, efficient with any questions/concerns responded to immediately. Mansfield office didn’t show for a valuation. No call or any communication from them. When I called the office, I was given the extremely uncreative ‘must be human error’ as an excuse. I went with Purple Bricks in the end. They have provided a great service, do exactly what they say they are going to do, and the app makes viewings/negotiating offers a breeze.

Best Letting agents in town! I am a DIY landlord previously and have recently signed up to the Leaders Premier Managed service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex Hodge at valuation stage who is very personable and knowledgeable. The lettings chaps Tommy and Joe did a great job in securing tenants and kept me updated along the way! 2 months in everything has run smoothly with the management.

The whole experience was awful. Staff were rude, argumentative and generally incompetent. We weren't notified about viewings, the left didn't know what the right was doing but this i mean one employee would tell you you've had 2 offers another would say none, they told us viewings went ahead when we could clearly see on ring doorbell footage that they hadn't. I didn't hear from them again after the initial part of the sale was accepted, I had to chase them regarding whet happens with keys etc on moving date. The list could go on and on!!

Used Leaders to sell property. As is so often the case, the initial service was excellent, great photos, good communication. Once sale agreed, the estate agent stopped working for me. This is how it felt. I had to keep pushing the cogs forward and received zero emails from my move manager, except where I instigated them.

Leaders also like to pick and choose who they respond to on here. Notice how they've bypassed mine. If Leaders are not doing anything wrong, why then do they choose to ignore information and requests for further information from tenants?! You can keep pretending all you want that you are a 'good letting agent' but the negative reviews that are all over the internet are proving the opposite!
