I recently was in Chester looking for a flat to purchase. I dealt with quite a few estate agents in the short time I was there. I have to say that Leaders was the most helpful to my situation. My daughter has just let a property with these amateurs!! Multiple things wrong with the property on viewing... they refuse to do any jobs or painting in the property we have been advised we need to do it ourselves I’m going to do my best to get this terminated as soon a possible!! Never have I ever dealt with such a company in all my days!!

I have let my flat in Woking through for 12 years and the service in the last 2 years through Leaders has been atrocious. They have mis-managed repairs, withheld rent for no reason on two occasions (just poor admin) and repeatedly overcharged management fees. The 'Senior Property Manager' makes reassurances and promises, which are then broken within a few weeks. I strongly suggest you find another agent.

Leaders Forest Hill were a great help from day one. Our agent assisted us very helpfully every step of the way. Renting can be a very stressful process but Leaders did everything to put our minds and nerves at ease. Constant communication was key. I would 100% recommend Leaders if you are thinking of renting.

Having used many different companies in Waterlooville I am and was delighted with the service, the valuation, the staff are friendly and experts in their fields. They made renting from and renting through them easy. When I later sold my flat they gave a well balanced accurate valuation and sold my flat quickly and then continued to help until the last day. They are a five out of five estate agent.

A very speedy initial service, from viewing to completion was just about 6 days and I moved into my new apartment 2 weeks later!
