TrustpilotAn insulting failure of basic competence
Enquired to view a house, agreed on the date at 5PM, made it clear will be driving from London and on the day of the viewing I received a phone call at 2:30PM the viewing is cancelled because the house is under application.I rarely review but my experience with Leaders was a failure, poor communication, they are barely replying to emails, will definitely advise to avoid them if you value your time and energy.

Absolutely useless, one office doesn’t communicate with another. My landlord decided to not let through them anymore but instead directly with me. They have harassed me for the rent and threatened ’further action’ since even though I’ve paid my landlord direct. Then they decided to visit my house unannounced and when I didn’t answer just let themselves in. Recorded it on my ring doorbell, your guess as good as mine as to their reason! When I ring nobody knows the answer and empty promises are made to call me back.I wish I could give negative stars!

When we moved in, the fridge was full of ice, at the stage that you can’t even close the door. Most importantly we were left with no washing machine for almost 3 months and are still waiting for the issue to be fixed. We have received 3 quotes to repair/replace it. However we were ignored. This is the first time I am having such a bad experience with the agency. I wish I have read some reviews here. Don’t rent from them!!! Liverpool

Specifically, I want to express our satisfaction with the Maintenance department of Leader's. On all occasions we asked them for help their response was prompt and efficient. Last such event was the repair of our TV service. They overwrote the bureaucracy of the Block Management who required two people to call them so that they come to fix our non-functioning TV, and sent us a technician who did the job without ado.

I've let a 3 bedroom house through Emily Brooks at Fareham branch. She has professionally arranged electrical reports, cleaners and all manner of services which has been so much help as I live over three hours drive away. I have every confidence in her grasp of all things legal. She returns my calls and emails promptly. I have been a landlord for over forty years and will be happy to use her again.

Doesn't even deserve this as well.The gentleman Sam in the Kenilworth location is just plain rude. His tone, mannerisms and how he speaks is as if he does not care. Wish I had known how they acted before taking out a rental contract. Well to say as soon as this is up I will be out is an understatement.

I had to give one star. They are the most dreadful Company I have delt with. No communication skills. No customer service. If my tenant has problems with the cold and snow because of a breakdown on his boiler. This is because Leaders have not contacted him to arrange a British gas appointment I have arranged. This company should not still be in business.
