Anna turned up at the agreed time and conducted the property inspection in a thorough, efficient and friendly way. The process didn't feel at all intrusive, more like a chat with a neighbour....and the report itself was copied to us for info later the same day.A job well done !

This letting agent is a complete shambles, terrible service, they haven't got a clue what they are doing. They do not return deposits in a timely fashion and make no apologies for this. Every agreement they send to be signed is incorrect. I have never actually dealt with such an incapable firm before.... stay clear and don't waste your money on such terrible service.

They list properties as 'chain free' but have tenants vacating the property that need to be evicted. Complete time wasters for first time buyers. When you need an answer they all claim to be on holiday. I would just avoid unless you want to stay homeless.Biggest mistake of my life dealing with them.Not much I can suggest to improve other than rebrand again like they did with Guardian.

That said all the staff I have dealt with @ Crewe have been excellent but as my main dealing are with Jo L I think she deserves the most praise.

If i wrote all the problems i had with Leaders i’d be here for days i won’t waste my time or energy with them again. Very similar to other renters accounts.edit: now they are trying to scam us almost £300 for professional cleaning ( which legally cannot do) and no deposit option fees.

An absolute waste of time of company. Do not use them, will just take your money and do very little work. Had problems with them since the start of the tenancy. Even after leaving the property they are still a nightmare and want £160 to clean an oven, a microwave and a shower. Avoid all the way!!

On 03/20/2017 you gave us this review: 5.0 /5Very helpful. Someone always answered the phone promptly. Any problems quickly solved. Knowledgable about local gas fitters , electricity and handymen. Found me suitable tenants almost immediately. Cannot fault them which I must say is a first in my experience with estate agents. Didn't ever feel I was being fobbed off and staff all extremely pleasant

Really bad approach, I was planning to view a house, everything was booked, on the day I,ve aske dfor post code and they said that the house was let a day before. Do not trust this agency. They are not professionals. Never again with them. I will review them everywhere as this reality frustrated me.

Ridiculous service! Please avoid this company! Staff are very unresponsive, I have to chase them with at least 2 to 3 emails then received their useless reply.They cannot handle simple rental issue, as a landlord, I don't know what I pay the management fee every month for! Seriously! THE WORST REAL ESTATE COMPANY in UK!

Disgraceful service, landlords find another agent as soon as you canI cancelled all my management contracts with them after having used Leaders properties service in Southampton for more than 3 years.This year they have just been horrible to me and to my tenant, I am building a case to the Ombudesman for failure to provide service

Although we liked the estate agents as people, we weren't overly impressed by the whole process. After viewings we expected to hear feedback, to which we usually had to chase them for. Then when we thought we had took the property off the market, suddenly we had an offer. We had no idea viewings were even still going on.

The leaders team made the process of starting to rent a lot easier. I first met with Piers who immediately set me up with two viewings which were suited to what I was looking for. He was also very honest which filled me with confidence that he was looking after my best interests. Very helpful and would highly recommend.
