Emails and calls ignored constantly, problems with the flat were never fixed and now they have been ignoring my emails and have been holding onto my deposit for over a month for no reason at all!!All they cause is stress.

On my first viewing I took time off work and travelled 17 miles. On arrival, the estate agent had brought the wrong keys so I had to come back the following day.On completion, I collected my keys from the branch at 5:30. I got to the flat just before 6 only to find I’d been given the wrong keys. The branch closed at 6 so nobody was there to help. I had to wait until the following morning to get the correct keys. I then had to pay more money to hire a van longer than I should have had to.
