I arrived to find at least 12-15 people waiting with children and families in the rain for nearly an hour. I called the number on the board and did not get an answer. From my own personal experience, they are quite possibly the worst letting agent I've ever dealt with. Inaccurate check in and check out reports. They appear to move goal posts quite often, contradict eachother and themselves in their own emails. And sorry always seems to be their hardest word. I'm glad to be rid of them.

Absolute nightmare. I do not recommend this agency to anyone willing to rent in Manchester. The person on the phone was extremely unprofessional, I got unusable link to video viewing and after waiting for a couple of hours for a good one I was told they don't even have one. Very rude customer service and a lot of false information even before starting the application. Avoid!
