Part way through my tenancy, my old property manager left and my new property manager (Tikal Betz) was assigned as my property manager. Tikal is very responsive in answering any queries I had (by email or phone) and provided a very positive level of customer service, that reflects well on Leaders - Cambridge.

What a nice team.!! I actually went into the branch looking for a property to buy- they only do Lettings but still took the time to chat to me about what I was looking for and passed my details onto the sales department. They were so warm and welcoming and made me feel really at ease. One lady was making a pot of coffee when I arrived and made me one too! I will recommend them to my friends.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible in every way. They make no effort to fix even serious issues in the property. Last year I was left without a working toilet for a month. They took 7 months to begin repairs on a shower that was leaking through the walls causing huge mould patches in the bedroom. Then they sent a contractor who ripped out the shower and did nothing else saying the problems were too serious for him to fix. They finally got another contractor in who started repairs but has left them half finished (still an unusable shower and parts strewn around the flat) and says he can’t come back to finish for another month. That’s three months without a working shower. Still charging me full rent. Ridiculous and awful. I’ve complained multiple times and had absolutely no helpful response. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Getting moved into our rental property had its ups and downs. Our property manager then left, but our experience since then has only got better as Tikal has been wonderful - responsive and always willing to help. We cannot fault Tikal! We hope that vacating the property goes smoothly as well.

doesnt even desevr a 1 star in my opinion they are f**king sh** in gosport we have had a flat for a year to be told we are alloud to renew however they will bump our rent up by 25 so we can pay for our landlords brand new 21 plate car we have been waiting 6 months for the shower to be fixed and the rats in the loft to be cleared when contacting all they can say is sorry but not out fault so if anyone wants to go with them your funeral i will never ever ever pay them my rent for my last month now i will not be treated like scum by the worst groupe i allso have sold my story to the news about this so expect this to be in the news on how sh** they are

I can’t explain how bad my experience has been over the past 4 months. I am a university student and there are 6 of us living in a 4 man house. 2 of the bedrooms are under legal measurements. When we moved in we personally found needles and syringes. We have 1 shower and 1 bath between 6 people, bearing in mind you can’t stand up in the bath because the ceiling is so low. Our shower hasn’t been working for the past 3 months and it hasn’t been fixed yet. There’s no communication, every time we ring up they say the same and they never resolve the issue. Everybody in the office seem incompetent. Do not recommend, especially university students.Update: shower has still not been resolved

I have received a reply from leaders which I have just finished laughing at. They strive for excellence! The score on Trustpilot would tend to show this to be far from the truth. I was bullied remorselessly by the HORSHAM branch into giving in and accepting a loss of over SEVEN HUNDRED POUNDS from my deposit as a result of clerks at the branch playing childish games in collaboration with the landlord, who's wife believe or not, worked for, yes you've guessed it -leaders. My mental health reached an all time low and it is only thanks to the support of my partner that I have managed to survive. I do hope that they can sleep easy knowing that they have deprived a 75 ye ar old who is diabetic, severely deaf and suffers from osteo- arthritis, of money for a holiday and a donation to a charity for deaf blind children. Well done parker and sutton and all at leaders ,not forgetting my fox hunting supporting ex landlord sleep well.I cannot believe the pathetic attitude of the leaders team. I wrote this and low and behold leaders have just put the same response as before. I think this just about sums up their attitude and their intelligence. This is going to run and run!!
