I realised managing a rental property could be a bit of a minefield, especially being long-distance, so I chose Leaders to manage mine. Emily from the Hartshill branch has been great, very helpful, informative, knowledgeable and full of ideas and suggestions. It's my fist time using an agent, aside from getting my head round the admin and all the paperwork that comes with it, Emily and Patryk have been great and made time to help me and explain any bits and pieces that have gone over my head. I feel better knowing the place is in their hands and I can leave it be and get more balance back in my life!Cheers!

What can I say about Amy. She has been nothing but exceptional throughout my time dealing with Leaders St Ives. As a first time landlord I felt very apprehensive renting out my home for the first time but Amy put my mind at ease, made the process incredibly clear and answered any questions, no matter how big or small with patience, clarity and as quickly as possible. All of the girls in the office are also so lovely to deal with and the rate at which they find a tenant is fantastic. Couldn't reccommend highly enough!!

I used this agent for number of years but recently have taken my business to another agent because I was fed up with the poor standard of service they provide. They never call you back, put poor contractors in to do repairs which needed redoing when we got the property back and gave false information on how one of my tenants was looking after the property. Found the property was dirty and left in a poor condition but we was told the property was clean and in good condition before we got the property back. This agent was hard work and failed to provide a satisfactory service.

Excellent service!I have now come to the end of my six month tenancy at the Hornet in Chichester and I remain very pleased with the support and service provided by Leaders and by Charlotte Parry, Property Manager, in particular. Whenever an issue has arisen during my tenancy, she has responded quickly and dealt with the situation efficiently and effectively. Her sense of cutomer care is excellent, maintaing contact with me to ensure that, first of all, I was settling in ok and now that I am at the end of my time in the apartment. guiding and advising me on the proper procedures and documentation involved so that I can leave confident that everything necessary has been done. I got in touch with Leaders Cambridge office on the phone recently. After leaving my contact details for an enquiry about a property for rent, I was immediately contacted by Ella on my email, who provided me with all the documentation required. I gave my availability for visiting the property on the same day and she managed to arrange a visit for me and my husband even on short notice. During our appointment, Ella attentively listened and kindly answered to all our questions and concerns. We did not proceed with an application for this property in particular, but we will be very happy to contact Ella again for a future opportunity. Highly recommended.

I have been using Leaders for several years now and I have always found them to be friendly, reliable and efficient. I have had various managers over the years and all of them have been fantastic, at present I have Helen and although I have never met her I am extremely happy with everything she has done for me. And I will add that over the years some of the staff have gone over and beyond what would normally be expected...so long may it last!Good work from all the team!

We recently were given the opportunity to work with Leaders covering a couple of last minute property inspection reports. We were in contact with Nicola from Property Management and working with her, we managed to arrange everything to get their required jobs completed in a timescale that kept with theirs and which made sure there were no delays in moving their tenants into the property. Having just moved back to the UK from overseas, proving our references and income was a bit fraught but Leah from Cambridge Leaders kept us informed throughout the process and chased the lettings agency to make sure that we were able to move into our flat in a timely manner. The property manager Joe then made sure that new carpets and other maintenance was completed before moving in. It was a bit of a process but we got there in the end!

Wow! We are so pleased that we chose Leaders to Let out our home. From start to finish, the team were amazing. Communication was outstanding throughout, the photos and even a video were stunning considering our house,. Emily blew us away with the monthly Let valuation which came in more than we had anticipated because we wouldn’t know what to ask for or how to start. The manager Emily managed to secure the Let for us in no time at all !Special thanks to her because she seems incredible at what she does. After only two days searching for a flat to rent in Sutton contact with Jackie Parsons sealed the deal rapidly. On day one Jackie told me she had an ideal flat and a viewing was arranged rapidly. Jackie is a good ambassador for Leaders. Other staff members I have had to deal with are such as John Joyce are equally professional and provide Good Service. To date (from Nov 15 ) I am very happy with the service received.
