We couldn’t recommend Luke and the Hat & Home team in Wokingham more . They, from the very first interaction, have been nothing but amazing helping no us take the step to move , along the journey and getting to and through completion , we really felt more like a friend was helping us move . We wouldn’t hesitate to give our 110% satisfaction feedback for any future customers , we felt valued, and always able to talk to someone , very professional and courteous, thank you so very much Luke and team

Thank you so much to Ben and team at Hat & Home for selling my late mothers flat. We had just about given up hope after trying two local established agents with very few viewings when we thought we would have one final attempt and try Hat & Home. What a complete breath of fresh air the team were! All other agents could do was complain about market or suggest we drop price. Ben suggested leaving price, use digital tools to stage house and would push to a new market. Within a few weeks we had multiple viewings and two offers! Not only did Hat & Home perform the viewings but kept in regular weekly update on viewings which is something other agents failed to do. At no point did we feel we were just another person on their books but the team were working hard behind scenes to sell this for us. Well done Hat & Home, would definitely recommend to anyone. Couldn’t be happier with Hat & Home after another estate agents failed to sell our house after 14 weeks but within 6 days of H&H taking over, they booked in lots of viewings in and we accepted an offer for the asking price 😀 It’s been a smooth process, kept up to date regularly and we’ve have no concerns with Hat & Home. Definitely recommend this company, they care and are passionate ✨

From a landlords perspective my experience with Hat and Home has been an efficient, friendly and professional service. I should add speedy as my most recent purchase was viewed and rented in record time with all due diligence being accounted for. Very happy to review and recommend the team in Bracknell with special mention to Monika.

Joke outfit!! Shocking how bad a letting agent can be! I am now back in the UK to take back my house. I would describe this company as lacking any integrity! Truly awful experience and now I'm using another trustworthy smaller agent in town.

This is our first time renting with Hat and Home and the level of service compared to the better known names out there has been second to none. Sam has been fantastic for us, going above and beyond to assist when required. The same can be said for Ben and Liz. Excellent company with good ethics and professionalism.

I cannot imagine better-situated estate agents than Hat and Home in Bracknell. Lisa and Annabel have helped us throughout the entire process of purchasing a house. They made everything possible (and even the impossible!) to ensure we exchanged before April. It was very nerve-wracking for us, but they did it! Their communication was also incredibly fast. A massive thank you, girls, you are the best! xx

I have to say, the whole process of hunting for the right home has been quite grim and stressful. That was until I came across Hat and Home and Hollie Daines. The whole team has been lovely, but Hollie especially has truly gone above and beyond for me and fingers crossed I'll move into my new home very soon!
