GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Liz Gamlen and Sam Burrows during our recent search for a new home, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We moved to the UK in August and were looking for a house to rent. From our very first meeting, Liz was attentive, knowledgeable, and patiently answered lots of our very basic questions and always went above and beyond.
Once we settled down in the house, Sam was our point of contact. After moving, we were facing some issues and Sam took the time to truly understand our concerns and raise it with the landlords. There were days when she was co-ordinating with the landlords’, chasing the contractor and providing us the status, multiple times a day. Thanks to Sam's dedication and hard work, all of the issues were resolved. We would recommend both Liz and Sam without hesitation to anyone in search of a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive real estate agent.
