About Hat and Home Bracknell
As the saying goes - ‘wherever I lay my hat, that’s my home’ and at Hat and Home, our aim is to help everyone find the perfect place to lay their hat. Hat and Home is a contemporary Estate Agency which gives a nod to tradition and a wink to nostalgia. Founded by Ben, a Wokingham resident with over 20 years in the property industry, our promise is to make moving home a fantastic experience. We are a property services company with our customers at the heart of everything we do. We know how important the sale or let of your property is to you, so we will do everything we can to get you the best possible result. After all, if you are happy with what we do for you, then you are more likely to shout about us from the rooftops. We are really proud to live by our company values and they are the driver behind everything we do. We hold ourselves to account and we expect our customers to hold us to account as well. Hat and Home Sandhurst have been absolutely amazing. They are always on hand, even long after hours. Marney, Jan and Lisa have been fantastic through a very stressful sale. From the first time they came to value to exchanging they have delivered 100% the whole way through, nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t think twice to use them again. I think Lisa deserves a medal for her persistence and dealing with a really bad solicitor, (Constantine and Summers)

GoogleI’ve been renting with Hat and Home since August 2022, they are very efficient, any issues have been dealt with really quickly. Sam Burrows has been the person I’ve communicated with and she has been great, always responsive and friendly, thank you Sam! I would definitely recommend renting with Hat and Home.

GoogleCouldn’t give anything less than 5 stars for Freya. We found her to be great with our property search. A delightful blend of professional, friendly and genuinely caring about our hunt for a new home. She even gave me a lift to our next viewing when my car got a flat tyre. Highly recommend and wish her all the best!

First became aware of Hat and Home with a property my partner and I were keen on. After being messed around with bidding wars, I raised this issue on the phone with the representative, to which I was told "No, we don't engage with any of that, it wastes time for everyone involved and just drives cost - for us it's a first and final offer, always" which was reassuring to hear. A few days later, I left some details with the agent, including my maximum budget, which I *strictly* said could not go above £450,000.

GoogleCouldn’t be happier with Hat & Home after another estate agents failed to sell our house after 14 weeks but within 6 days of H&H taking over, they booked in lots of viewings in and we accepted an offer for the asking price 😀 It’s been a smooth process, kept up to date regularly and we’ve have no concerns with Hat & Home. Definitely recommend this company, they care and are passionate ✨

I have never really had a positive experience with Estate agents in the past,untill I got in contact with Barnaby at Hat and Home Wokingham. I had a meeting with him regarding the sale of a property, and he was so well informed, and gave great advice. A whatsapp is set up so that he can keep you informed of different things. Honestly, I'm 50 years old and customer service is so important to me, and great customer service, is what you get from Hat and Home, with positive results

GoogleThe team at the Bracknell office have been incredible from start to finish! We have had difficulties with our sale for a number of years due to a difficult current market and it being a flat - but Hat and Home have managed to secure us a respectable buyer in a matter of 3 weeks! Incredible team of people, cooperative and super responsive :) a big shout out goes to Lisa - she has been supporting the sale from the beginning, doing her best in keeping us updated and chasing solicitors and buyers!! GoogleI had the best experience with hat and homes i had Libby to show me around the property she was polite and very professional and helpful with any questions I had I can’t thank her enough and I was liaising with Annie to get all the paper work done and financial parts done once again amazing and professional she was on top of things answering silly questions and even at 7 o’clock at night helping me sort things out I can’t thankyou them both enough honestly been brilliant and filled me with confidence with getting the property and the support just perfect thankyou all again I would highly recommend hat and home great team 😁
