We recently bought our first property with Haart Bracknell. Our estate agent Callum did show great patience and professionalism even when we turned up with the whole family for the fourth visit. The support of haart and Just Mortgage was outstanding. The whole process was smooth as can be . The only point that I would address urgently is the recommanded Choice of Solicitor , the level of service and communication from Blacks Solicitor was way below par, the only area where they exceeded expectations ( in the bad way) was for their fee considering the service. It took all the effort and dedication of Haart Bracknell and just Mortgage team to get us in our first home on time . Thank you all.

We have just completed on a house purchase with the help of Haarts Estate agents. It was a tricky transaction as it was a bank repossession and not the normal process. We found all of the team at Haarts were always attentive, patient and very responsive, even when they had to give us updates that were not good news for us: Calls were returned promptly, everyone was professional. It was not easy as they were the 'middle man' with the seller (a bank) determined not to engage in discussion or offer any information. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Haart have been very supportive throughout the process of selling our house, particularly Calum and Alison. Haart dealt with all viewings ensuring they had seen the house themselves first and keeping us regularly updated with progress both before and after an accepted offer. It has been a long and difficult forward house purchase for us and Alison has kept in frequent contact with ourselves and our buyers making sure she has spoken to all solicitors involved and assisted were possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Haart to buyers or sellers!

I was asked to provide a 5 star review of the property management team (if I was happy with the service) following a defective fridge freezer being replaced. I emailed the team expressing my dissatisfaction with the service before posting this review and was unimpressed with their response. I moved into a lovely rented property and discovered the fridge freezer was not working, after getting up early to phone the facilities team (having wasted a lot of time trying to confirm that the fridge was indeed broken I discovered they were already aware of the issue but hadn’t bothered to tell me so all my fresh food and milk had to be disposed of. I then had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a replacement (I was told this was because of their contractor and that they had done everything they could to have resolved the issue - although they still haven’t explained why they didn’t tell me before i moved in that the fridge was broken). I thought maybe they would offer to cover the cost of my wasted food, but no. I am out of pocket when there was no need for me to be and despite giving them the opportunity to rectify the issue before posting a negative review, they failed to do so.

Great team who are extremely helpful in so many ways. We were looking to purchase a house through Haart and both Alison and Callum were really helpful with providing information, keeping us updated and also going that extra mile to provide us extra viewings at short notice and giving us that little bit more time. We didn’t purchase the house through Haart due to the seller not being able to match what we were after despite the best efforts of Callum.
