My Brother and I were going to buy a house together as we had the deposit for one at the time. Do not use Haart Estate Agent, Bracknell! Unprofessional, lying and just not a clue in what they should be doing! Advertised a property incorrectly as ideal for 1st time buyers, when the property was a retirement flat. Took it off the market without consulting me as the owner. Lied about viewings that did not take place. Stated they was going to do an open house to prospective buyers, yet this did not happen. The list goes on!!! Please go else where, use someone who knows how to sell properties!

I was looking for a place in Windsor and I got in touch with Haart Lettings, particularly their brokers Jennifer and Jasmine, who greatly helped me speed up the booking and referencing process quickly. Everything was done in a professional manner and there was no delay at all in any of the steps, I was very happy with the service I was provided. They were also very patient with me considering the many questions I had and also made sure I was fully aware of every little detail. My son George and I are so grateful to such a wonderful sales team led by Adam Holding and Callum Angle and letting led by lady Jennifer Knowles.We decided to sell our property and the sales team organised an open day and we had so many offers and accepted the best offer and the house was sold within 10 days. Callum Nagle is Amazing! I am currently finally selling a retirement property I own with Haart and have had amazing service from Callum in the Bracknell office. Prior to listing the property with Haart / Callum the property was on the market for 18 months with another agent who under delivered with generating interest and also on the contact front. The Haart team have been absolutely brilliant during the sale of my flat in Bracknell. Firstly, I dealt with Adam who was very friendly and informative when providing a valuation and signing up my property for valuation. I had received a couple of valuations from other estate agents, one who had become very pushy, and none as friendly as Adam. No fees were hidden and he offered total transparency, needed for someone going through the selling process for the first time. They also offered competitive rates. He took absolutely brilliant photos for the advert and worked around our schedule. Adam also gave me advice and help when requested numerous times about houses I was interested in putting an offer on (not being sold through Haart) before I learnt how the market was working at the time. This is just another example of how personal the service is. Secondly, Anne-Marie secured an offer on (I think) the second weekend of viewings. Callum kept me updated with how viewings went, and booking in more viewings. The advert was amazing, we all couldn’t believe the interest in my flat. Kassandra, the move manager has been my ‘go to’ throughout this process. She chased up both sides of solicitors very regularly to ensure things were moving (I have heard people saying they personally have had to do this) I am very grateful for her huge input on the sale of my flat as the buyers solicitors weren’t very communicative. Kassandra ensured it was as stress free as my part could be, updating me as needed and informing me of the next part of the process. Thank you so much to all the team at Haart Bracknell, you have been amazing! I absolutely 100% recommended Haart for selling your property for you- for ease, efficiency and value.

Easy to book our first viewing, where the agent was very knowledgeable of the property. Once the sale was agreed we were passed to the move manager Kassandra to deal with progressing the transaction. Kassandra kept us regularly up to date with the progress and chased both sides of solicitors without us even needing to ask. The whole process was much quicker than we anticipated (mainly due to circumstance) but I am sure that Kassandra was instrumental in speeding everything along. Overall, they were fantastic. Will absolutely use them when/if we want to move again.

I’ll be honest, we had almost given up and decided not to re-market our house as the stress of viewings and not properly vetted potential buyers had put us off. Haart contacted us and convinced us to give it another go. I’m so glad we did as I’m writing this from the front room of our new house. From start to finish Haart delivered on their promise to us, to sell our house for the full asking price. They did this not once but twice (the first sale fell through) but before we had a chance to get demoralised they had another couple lined up and ready to go. We were very impressed with the ease in which we were able to communicate with the whole team at Haart. We were always able to get hold of them and we were always called back if we couldn’t. The most important thing to us was that at no point did we feel that we were being lied to or mis-led or given promises that were unlikely to be fulfilled which was one of the biggest negative experiences when dealing with other estate agents in the past. The real star of the show for us was Kassandra our move manager. What a complete and utter powerhouse she is! I’ve never know someone to show such passion for her job and commitment to her customers. I know we were but one of her many clients but I honestly felt as though we were her only one due to the level of service she provided us including out of hours call, messages and emails. I know for a fact she even went canvassing potential properties for us on her days off. I can honestly say if it weren’t for Kassandra I wouldn’t be sat where I am now and I certainly would be a lot less happy. Would we recommend Haart, Kassandra and the team at the Bracknell office ?
