I also needed repairs to the toilet installation, and she took immediate action on this matter. One thing I truly appreciate is that she answered my phone calls promptly every time I had questions or concerns. For example, the radiator in the bathroom was not functioning, and she quickly intervened to get it working again. Additionally, Beatrice Bejenaru always made sure that I was satisfied with my living conditions. The Haart Bracknell branch has been friendly with me from the beginning. We developed a direct relationship, and everything was handled smoothly. Everything went according to what we discussed, and they treated me very well. If I needed any help, I could count on them. I mainly kept in touch with Richard and Anastasia, who were always very dedicated and patiently answered all my questions, even when my English wasn't the best. :) Regarding my move-out, I contacted Shakeerah, who responded positively and incredibly quickly to all my questions. Shakeerah is very helpful and precise. I am incredibly grateful for the time I spent in one of their rental properties, Blythe House, where I could recover and pull myself together after a very painful heartbreak.
