GoogleI have been dealing with Shakeerah ChowdharyBell for extending an existing tenancy and she has done this very efficiently and on a timely basis.
The management fee charged to landlords is a percentage of the rent. That percentage increased this year. I find this frustrating because as the monthly rent is about to be increased, Haart seem to be getting a double increase for maintaining the same level of service.
