We had to quickly find a new property due to my partner being pregnant, Vivien who assisted us throughout the process, was brilliant. She was extremely helpful and friendly, which is rare when there is a lot of demand in the industry. She made sure we were well looked after all the time, her advise was essential in the whole process. Duncan Yeardley Bracknell are extremely lucky to have such an individual working for them, this is what I call someone who has passion in what she does. We are very happy with our new property and definitely recommend the company either to buy, rent or sell a property. Thank you for everything

Absolute first-class service from the team at Duncan Yeardley. We both sold and bought through DY and couldn't have been in better hands. The knowledge and expertise you expect from any estate agent was there in abundance but it was the level of care, attentiveness and passion that really wowed us. It's such a cliché but here you're not a number, they really look after you from start to finish and are available at all times to answer any questions or concerns you might have. A special shout-out to Lee, Judy and Gina (who is Superwoman in a DY disguise) who did everything they could for us and made our dream come true. If you're thinking of selling in Bracknell, don't look anywhere else than Duncan Yeardley.

We had been very badly let down by other Bracknell estate agents, in hindsight it was a big mistake on our part to go with agents offering lower fees. It was so refreshing to have Callum, Judy and Gina working on our behalf on the sale of our house in Old Tollgate Close. Always professional, they actually did what they said they would! Judy found the right buyer, Callum negotiated a good price. Gina worked hard to get the sale to completion (not an easy task).We would definitely recommend the team at Duncan Yeardley, they never forgot who they were working for!

These guys are second to none. I found them originally when looking into buying a property and was impressed with their vetting process so decided to ask them to value my own home aswell. From there we came to partner with them on the sales of 4 new build properties in Bracknell which were marketed so well went on to sell before the build was even completed for more than the market valuation. Super smooth process all the way through from offer to sale thanks to an exceptional office team that made everything fall into place. Let it be said there is no way I won’t be using them again in the future for all my sales and lettings. 5 stars well earned and there’s should be a special category for 6 stars just for these guys alone.

Utterly useless

Utterly useless. Terrible communication skills. A different agent with each viewer. One turned up having locked her bag in another property. Another turned up 10 minutes late for a viewing (I was walking my dogs and saw). We had a very keen 2nd viewing who went away with lots of questions. These were never passed on to me and we never heard back from the people. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience with DY and I won’t recommend them. 0 responsibility, 0 punctuality. All is good when you start with them. They call you, ask some questions, after that in 2 days or so they are calling you to organise the viewing. Everything is ok, just wait after you pay them the holding deposit. You are told to be called later and this doesn’t happen, so you decide to call by yourself: and surprise she( somebody from their team) just wanted to call you ( at 4 pm!! ) Ok, my patience was at the limits but i decided to wait . We had a deadline , and they didn’t respect it at all. Their emails came one in a day . Even if you sent them 5 , with the necessary questions . We just wanted to rent an apartment as soon as possible as we had the deadline . They couldn’t give us what we need , or the documents were unchecked, or they had unanswered questions with the landlord : So on and on . And when the deadline came we told them that we Had to found urgently another apartment , because the previously landlord had sold the house and we hadn’t nowhere to go , and we wanted our holding deposit back , where they answered in an short email , that they allready resolved all questions and if we want to move in we need to pay the rent in advance and it’s done , but they had forgotten that this was far from our deadline . To be honest this was 2 days after . And, they added that we “Withdrawed ” our application and they can’t return our holding deposit which was 200£. Shame on you guys, we lost our time and money on nothing. Aisha and Pamela are very unprofessional, probably they were working from home as we started our conversation everytime just in the afternoon. I don't know on what they spent this 200£ pounds as they weren't done nothing at all. Keep my money, hope you will get some professional courses on them.

Unfortunately I would not recommend the company to anyone, they cost us money as we took their advice, after the flat was sold they said one of their team had got confused and wouldn’t admit the thing that cost us money was their fault but they gave us ‘ a goodwill gesture‘ but still wouldn’t admit they were in the wrong. Very stressful process. The company say they kept us up to date but I have conflicting emails which came from them and verbally they said the agent got confused but not their fault. As they don’t own up to their mistakes I would avoid
