The property was put on the market on a Thursday, a weekend of appointments were arranged with three asking price offers on the Monday. From there Gina took over and progressed the sale. Her knowledge of the chain was brilliant giving me an update every Monday morning and available in between if I had any questions.

Initially we were given sound advice on whether to rent or sell our property, with the relevant expert agents to talk us through each option.
We achieved a price we were happy with and then the sale proceeded. Although a frustratingly long wait to exchange (because of the Chain), throughout the process, we were given regular helpful updates on progress from Gina Overington….. the most communicative and helpful Estate Agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with.
In summary, we can highly recommend Duncan Yeardley for your renting, buying or selling needs in the Bracknell area. They do what they say they are going to do, deliver on their promises and provide good service.
