GoogleThis is the first estate agency that I felt have listened and respected me as a tenant. Jan Stamp deals with all repairs, tasks and requests in a timely manner. I think so highly of the estate agency and how well run it is, I recommended my grandmother to sell her house through them. My grandmother had a quick sale and is now happy in her new home. I wouldn’t recommended any other estate agency like I do Duncan Yeardley.

After only renting once before with a previous estate agent where the service has been absolutely terrible, we were really not excited to have to rent again and go through the same. However, we have dealt with Keeley and Pamela, and both have been so lovely to us. Both have answered questions all the way through, let us know they are there if we need them, and have talked us through every step of the way. GoogleOne of the best estate agents I have dealt with. I usually dread dealing with estate agents, but Duncan Yeardley are a much-needed example in this industry of how it doesn't need to be a difficult and painful process. Jess & the rest of the team were all incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, and we really couldn't've asked for more. I can't comment on the property management side of things since our landlords manage the property directly, but on the lettings side of things, other estate agents should be looking at Duncan Yeardley to learn what a great rental experience looks like.

I was desperate already to find a flat to rent already, but she kept me in the agency records and was reaching out once anything within my requirements was coming to the market. And that's how I got a new place to live. She was very understanding with my situation and was responding after hours and helping me through the process even though I was out of the country, so all went through smoothly and fast. I can't be greatful enough!

Established in 1987, we are Bracknell’s most established estate agent helping homeowners, landlords, buyers and tenants in the Ascot and Bracknell areas. Owner Nick Thring took over the business in 2012.
