GoogleI have just been successfully rented a flat in Braeside, Bracknell with the help of Vivien. Vivien customer service was so exceptional. Initially the property I enquired for went off market very quickly and Vivien emailed me a link to similar property which I found very helpful and I managed to secure one. Very recently we successfully sold our property with help of Duncan Yeardley. Since the day one we just couldn't resist comparing Duncan Yeardly with the Estate agent at the other end of the chain( our sellers Estate agent). Duncan Yeardley was extremely spontaneous, energetic and very respecting towards our feelings. At every step they made sure we were comfortable and updated on the progress of deal. The Estate agents were very polite and curtious on calls. We had a beautiful experience with Duncan Yeardley and wish the same for all the rest who decide to go ahead with Duncan Yeardley.

I am really pleased with the service from viewing right through to completion of the sale. Karen in transaction support was really excellent and made a stressful sale manageable. From the start Judy finding a buyer and Ashleigh giving me an achievable valuation inspired confidence. After accepting the offer: it was very professional and not much to report on - if I contacted DY always got an update. Once exchange was a possibility things notched up a few gears and Karen became the main contact. She made sure that she gave me regular updates and communicated with the rest of the chain to get realistic time scales and agree best path forward. She also made sure that the other parties involved were aware of key requirements based on exchange and completion. While she was on leave, Callum sorted another issue out. In the end everything came together suddenly. Great

FacebookWe used Duncan Yiedley to sell our property in the Crown Wood area and they were fantastic from start to finish. We found a property we wanted to buy before listing our own and therefore were in a rush to sell. Viewings were arranged by them prior to the listing going live and the property sold for the full asking price within 2 days. The staff are all very professional, honest and great communicators which put us at ease. The whole process has been relatively stress free, largely due to the excellent work Lucy does in chasing the chain and ensuring everyone does what they need to in order to complete swiftly. I would certainly recommend DY to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
