FacebookWe used Duncan Yeardley to sell our house in Crown Wood and found them to be very friendly and helpful with all aspects of our sale. Our special thanks go to Lucy Morrison who worked tirelessly to ensure we had a speedy and smooth sale. We were kept informed all along the way which was really important to us as it was our first experience of selling a property. We thank Lucy and the rest of the team and cannot recommend them highly enough. 🙂🙂

FacebookAfter 3 terrible experiences with estate agents where they seemingly looking down on us “This is the best you can possibly afford with your budget.” & the amount of hoops we have to jump through just to submit our interest, Duncan Yeardley was a major surprise change. Firstly the agency is bright & has a welcome feel. Secondly the staff are sociable & not robotic. Thirdly everything was sorted within less than a week (from submitting our interest to moving in) without difficulties unlike other estate agents. So thank you Pamela, Danielle, Caroline & Maureen for the welcoming card on our moving date!

GoogleWas my first time moving to Bracknell. Saw an add on Rightmove and contacted Duncan Yeardley lettings agency to view a flat at Century Court in Bracknell. Vivien at Duncan Yeardley was great in showing us the flat and was very helpful with the follow up too. Would definitely recommend them.
