No major problems, good experience overall. People I dealt with, like Emilia, go extra mile, make sure I stay informed of what is going on etc. A small tip for some room to improve for Chancellors overall: when different employees work on the same tenancy, make sure there is seamless transition and getting up to speed with recent communication and context of that particular tenancy.

Absolute shambles. I wish I could take the stars away. They do nothing apart from robbing people without giving the service. Started with Daniel from the Sunbury office who promised us of great customer service and communication. Daniel along with his team at sunbury hardly communicated and their specialist team had no clue when they spoke to me over the phone. A sale that would normally take couple of months took over five months to complete. When I layed the frustation out to the senior directors they first asked me to pay their fees. Once I paid the fees they just told me to that there is nothing they can do. Plz plz plz do not deal with this company. You will regret your decision for ever

I was delighted with the excellent service I received from Declan Hartigan at Chancellors. I called one morning on the off chance there were any vacant properties to view that afternoon and he arranged a viewing within a couple hours. I loved the property and was able to make an application in minutes. The entire process has been smooth as Declan has kept me well-informed and immediately answered any queries I've had. Also, the entire process was completed within a week! The help and efficiency I have received from Chancellors has taken the stress away from moving house!

Do not use this estate agents, my company leased a property through Chancellors and the landlady unlawfully held our deposit, we had to take her to court to get our money back. This took several months and was at great expense. Chancellors disclosed confidential emails to the landlady without my permission to aid her. Fortunality we won our case. I'm now having to report Chancellors to ICO. Feel free to message me your details, and I would be happy to speak to anyone as to why in my opinion you should avoid Chancellors as an estate agents. Please take my advice, use another estate agent!

I rent a flat via Chancellors and I have not seen people more UNPROFESSIONAL in my whole life. They only care about taking your money at the beginning of the process and making up ridiculous excuses to keep the money of your deposit at the end. NEVER AGAIN!
