Facebookabsolutely appalling service. i cancelled the contract with them within the 14 days period due to a change in circumstances. they never even visited the property to take photos and it was never placed on rightmove. what followed was 4 months of debt letters, demanding paying costs. now been sent a county court letter. completely ignored when i challenged the costs, taken off in under 7 days. disgusting level of service. NEVER use this agent.

GoogleI would not touch Chancellors in Bracknell. They are completely incompetent and unprofessional and I have had the worst ever experience as a landlord. Beware!!

FacebookWell that was stressful but finally today we exchange! If it wasn’t for Nicole Puckett it wouldn’t of happened today. She got onto the solicitors and sorted things that solicitors should of known and done. I would highly recommend her and team. Thanks again

GoogleAmber Norman, Wasim Afsar, Vanessa Langsbury and the whole team at Chancellors have been fantastic so far. They found a buyer really quickly, at asking price, and have been proactive in keeping me informed and progressing the sale. Very impressed and they put other agents I have dealt with to shame!
