GoogleI had an issue with the washing machine in the flat and Dana V was very helpful in getting this escalated for resolution swiftly and was also proactive to check if there was any additional work required for the flat. I was kept informed throughout the process. Highly recommended

GoogleDon't ever expect this company to call you back even if you tell them they never call you back when they say they will.. or even expect them to answer the phone. Honestly the worst Estate agency I have ever dealt with.

GoogleReally disappointing service. Viewed a property and returned to my car to find a parking ticket. Was not told by the estate agent that the road was permit only until the end of the viewing. No reference of this on the listing either. Escalated to branch manager David Paton who would not accept responsibility for failing to advise potential tenants that the property is on a permit only road prior to the viewing and refused to cover cost of the PCN. Really disappointing first and last experience with this company.
