If I could give zero I would. The absolute worst agency. I have tried contacting them for over a month both on the phone and via email and have only just got them to reply to one of my questions. The women on the emergency helpline is the rudest person on the phone who tells people to be quiet and let her talk when I just tried to state something. They do not fix anything around the house we have lived without electricity in some of the rooms thanks to them for a whole year!

I recently sold my property through Chancellors and I had Katherine Badenhorst to get me through the process. She was fantastic from start to finish, really professional and very friendly. They say buying/selling a property is very stressful and that's why you need someone like Katherine to help you through the process. She kept me sane! Always at hand for a call or responding to emails straightaway. I cannot praise her enough, she was brilliant and I would like to thank her so much for her help through this process. I would give her 10 stars if I could, she deserves it. Thanks again Kathy for all your help!

I am a tenant in a rented property that is managed by Chancellor's on behalf of my landlord, my property has been being managed by Charlotte Noel at Chancellor's over the past month or so and she has been brilliant. We have encountered some problems recently with regard to some works that need to be undertaken and Charlotte has managed everything superbly especially as myself and my partner have been unwell recently, Charlotte has really made things so much easier by coming up with practical solutions to our problems and acting quickly and efficiently whilst keeping us updated on what's going on and what will happen next. I have found my communications with Charlotte to be professional, informative and she has been very helpful and approachable. We are very grateful to have her managing things and would very much recommend Chancellors on the basis of this.

I recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. Me, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

What a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

I am writing this review with MASSIVE THANKS and APPRECIATION to Brian Lane and the team at Chancellors Bracknell. My experience has been superb. My partner and I spotted the ideal property to buy, Brian accommodated a speedy meeting and closed the sale the day after! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Brian's knowledge of the seller was also top notch, his after sales care is superb and we are still speaking following the sale. He is always at hand to give advice and support. I have had to go through the process of letting my flat out as my then tenants had given me notice. I was not looking forward to this process as I had never used an estate agent before as it was a private let up to this point so i went through the rigmarole of speaking with 3 different estate agents in order to work out who to use for this arduous process. Jack Salmon was the agent who came out to meet me from Bracknell Chancellors and he has been outstanding from start to finish. He has been honest and open, giving me advice where I needed it and helping me through every step of the way. I can’t thank him enough for his support through this process and would have no qualms in recommending him particularly to anyone thinking of which estate agent to use. I really hope Jack is still available as and when I have to go through this business again at some point in the future. He has made a potentially very stressful time a lot easier for me and it appears everything has gone very smoothly and the tenants are due to move in in a couple of days. Thanks Jack  Zara Spencer has also been extremely helpful and efficient to in progressing the paperwork etc so thanks to her as well. Over all it was surprisingly a very positive experience. Thanks Chancellors. Would definitely recommend.
