I used to be a Tennant with prospects…

I used to be a Tennant with prospects for 6 years. All was well and good throughout the tenancy, a few hiccups through out including tradespersons who lie about work being conducted. however the worst part was at the end of the tenancy where all communications cease, you get ignored for days on end, and you get stung by deductions that are un-reasonable and unjustifiable; especially when you have 6years of excellent property inspection reports and never any warnings or concerns raised. They lie to you and only own up when a subject access request is submitted. Be cautious, keep all emails and communications with them and when it comes to tenancy terminations I advise just use the TDS to support you!

Lily Sines at Prospect

Lily Sines was my property manager at Prospect. I was in the property for 9 years, Lily was my property manager for the last few years. She is professional, kind and helpful in her dealings with you. She was quick to respond to any issues raised, chase up with whomever she needed to and ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. She always responded to my emails and would call me back if I left her a voicemail message. I can definitely recommend her and hope that she receives the recognition in her role within Prospect, as she is definitely an asset to the company. Kate my property manager is clear, concise and proactive

Kate is my property manager and recently with all the changes in cost of living in the UK, she has really been attentive to changes needed to provide both my tenants and myself the best service. BE AWARE OF THESE CHEATERS

Still horrible and probably the worst real estate agents in the country, after all the mess they gave us after the checkin, and not consider it in the check in report, check out report was created in a way to charge the maximum from the deposit. We found used bed, dirty clothes, linen, kitchen and what not when moved in, after giving the clean place to them at check out, they have reported the place as not cleaned and seeking money, BE AWARE OF THESE CHEATERS
