We had a great experience working with Charlotte! As first-time renters, we weren’t sure what to expect, but Charlotte made the whole process smooth and easy to understand from start to finish. She was always friendly, responsive, and happy to answer all our questions, no matter how small. Charlotte kept us updated at every step and really helped take the stress out of the process. Now that we've been handed over to the property manager, we just wanted to say a big thank you for all your support in getting us to this stage. We’re really excited to move into our first rental home, and Charlotte played a big part in making that happen!

GoogleI used Prospects to sell my first house and although there were some teething problems, and i had to drop the price quite a lot from their initial valuation, i eventually sold my house. Connor was great and answered all of my queries and made what was a very stressful time, a nice smooth process!

Beth murphy is lovely she made sure to keep us updated and push things along when things were going slower and very helpful. also the lady who showed us round the flats was lovely too because we didn’t have a car at that point and she kindly drove us round. the only thing i’d say is don’t use the conveyancers they reccomend.. super expensive
