We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Amy in Prospect. Not only did she show us all of the houses we viewed, she was knowledgeable on all areas that we viewed. She really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for; she is approachable and definitely trustworthy! If you manage to view anything with her, you are lucky! Grant came to my house to value the property, and his valuation was immediately much lower than I expected. I ultimately decided to instruct another estate agent, which is perfectly fine, I understand that not every agent will win every instruction. What I find unacceptable is the continued phone calls from Grant, particularly at very inconvenient times, trying to find out information about my selling activity. I have told him multiple times to stop calling me, yet the calls continue. I am now genuinely tired of these persistent and unwanted calls. Once a potential client has clearly asked you to stop contacting them, I would expect that request to be respected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Prospects.

Prospect are absolutely brilliant. I ended up dealing with everyone in the Bracknell team, however, Amy in particular has been extremely helpful. She showed us our first house and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! For someone so young she is very knowledgeable and communicative. She was incredibly pro-active and happy to help us where needed. The only estate agents I will ever deal with again, especially if Amy is there!! Thanks team!

I have only positive feedback for Prospect Estate Agents. I would particularly like to thank Amilcar for his efficient and proactive support over the past week or so. Having had my flat on the rental market for around three months with a separate agent and no success in securing a tenant, I decided to switch to Prospect. Amilcar collected the keys, arranged the professional photographs and advertisement, as well as completing a viewing within one day of terms of business being signed. Within one week, everything was completed and I had a tenant move in! This was an unprecedented turnaround and I cannot thank Amilcar enough. Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. I have just finished my PhD, and for my new job, I needed a fast relocation from the North. This is, of course, stressful, but thanks to Gracie's efforts, I had some viewings and found a brilliant flat in a very short time. Also, one thing that really stood out to me about them is that they are very transparent and genuinely want to find a good place for you with no strings attached - something that I am not used to after being in the 'student enviroment' for so long! Kodie is an asset to the Prospect Team in Bracknell! Not only does she respond promptly almost every time I need to contact her, she also shows an understanding towards how the few different issues (maintenance) impact me in an emotional and psychological manner. I have several diagnoses which can affect my daily living and independence so not feeling judged and having difficulties acknowledged / issues resolved as promptly as possible is a need for me. Kodie always liaises with the Landlord and tries to ensure that I'm kept in the loop, where I can be. Had 4 viewings with Rachel this evening and she made the experience really painless, very patient, not in your face or pushy but also there enough to guide us around. Harry from the Prospect team was always very helpful throughout the purchase of our house. Always responded quickly to emails and was a great help at getting us in contact with mortgage advisors and solicitors when they were taking a while to respond. Also during our time purchasing a house, our landlord was selling our flat using prospect. Five years of poor repairs and lack of adequate communication

I have been a tenant managed by Prospect for five years. Last month a plumber sent by Prospect replaced my bathroom taps. The work caused a blockage in the drain and a leak through the kitchen ceiling, and the overflow pipe now runs with water regularly. There has been a hole in my kitchen ceiling for three weeks, and I keep getting excuses instead of dates for the repair. I am told they accepted a quote from a company to the repair but the company actually havent been to property to investigate the issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the request was ignored. Contractors came to quote for another repair and I heard nothing for months. When I asked for an update, I was told it wasn't urgent and the repair hadn't been authorised. Nobody had told me. I have also been told repeatedly that my instructions are "on file", and they are not acted on. They only they know how to reach out when its time for a rent increase or its time to book a gas certificate inspection.
