I have used Prospect a few times for house sales. For the most recent one the process was straightforward, and they supported well, finding a new buyer very quickly after one pulled out. However I think the most credit goes to the agency they use for sales progression, as my contact at Complete ASAP was fantastic. The only downside I found of using Prospect this time was that I dealt with 3 different people during 4 months of the sale, whereas previously I have had one continuous point of contact. I also found some frustration with lack of communication between office and viewings staff so information wasn't shared as smoothly as it could have been. Overall however I would likely use Prospect again as the experience was largely positive.

Googlemy experience with Prospect has been deeply disappointing due to consistent management failures and poor property standards since early 2025. Issues encountered since move-in: • Hygiene & Maintenance: Upon moving in, the property was handed over with a broken washing machine and carpets that had clearly not been professionally cleaned, despite expectations for a managed property. • Health & Safety (Mould/Damp): For over a year, I have dealt with persistent damp and mould issues. My requests for resolution were met with significant delays. I eventually had to purchase my own dehumidifying products and protective materials to maintain the property's condition at my own expense. • Ventilation & Pest Issues: A severe external pigeon infestation has made it impossible to open the windows for hygiene reasons. Instead of addressing the root cause, the agency provided conflicting and inaccurate advice regarding local regulations. • Privacy & Professionalism: Only a few months after I moved in, the agency contacted me out of the blue demanding to bring prospective viewers to the property while I was still a sitting tenant, which was highly intrusive and unprofessional. Conclusion: It was only after the formal intervention of the Environmental Health Housing Team (West Berkshire Council) that any real action was taken. The lack of proactive communication and basic maintenance is unacceptable for a reputable agency. I strongly advise any prospective tenants to thoroughly document every detail of the property before signing, as the management has shown a consistent lack of accountability.

I rent out a property with Prospect and have done for over 6 years. Recently had the pleasure of interacting with my property manager in person, but normally the relationship is via email which suits me as I travel often. Since having Chloe on board I am happy I will get a notification whenever something has to be actioned or updates from the tenants etc.

We’ve been tenants for the past year, and our experience with the Nancy S Marla (property manager) has been excellent. She has always been professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. Throughout our tenancy, everything has been handled smoothly and efficiently, and we haven’t faced any issues at all.
