Just wanted to share a few words of praise for our rental account manager Megan Jenkins. We have had a few things crop up recently with contractors that have required a quick response from Chancellors, and I have found Megan's efficiency and attitude to be outstanding, every time things needed sorting out or doing Megan was on the case and let me know what was happening, giving me a real sense that their is someone at Bracknell HQ that is on our side and cares, this is a real and pleasant change since the problems I had 18 months ago. Well done Megan keep up the good work.

I've had the worst experience with this agency and especially with my agent, Lucy. She and the landlord decided to kick me out of my apartment while I was 8 months pregnant and I had nowhere else to go given that I was too pregnant to move and I was going to have a C-section. The landlord wanted to give the place to a friend, even though he knew my situation and I had paid the rent always on time and improve a lot the state of the humid hole he was renting out to me (I had to use 2 dehumidifiers night and day). I asked if I could do something and Lucy told me there was nothing I could do, which was not true, because I then called Shelter UK and they told me to stay in the apartment for longer because the landlord couldn't really evict me just like that. It's surprising a real estate agent doesn't know even the basic rights of tenants, assuming she was just ignorant and not lying to me.The amount of stress Lucy and the landlord caused me to experience is unforgivable. I got no sympathy, no attempt at finding another solution, and I was given downright false info about my rights. It has been the worst time of my life, they spoiled what was supposed to be the happiest time of my life. I wish I could give negative stars.

This review is only for Amelia who works in the head office. At the start she came across helpful and patient. As and when we started the process of filling extremely comprehensive online forms via a third party, she grew so impatient. She started calling before around noon and said “if you do not complete payment soon I can’t help with your move this week.”, “where is that money, I’ve not seen a payment from you yet” she was condescending and was warning us, this was after a time agreed for payment by 3pm. For key collection I needed to know the name of the person in high Wycombe office so I could email them. She was our point of contact so called her three times and left messages for her to call back. She didn’t return my calls but finally got on the phone to very rudely respond, “we’ve have given a sign off, why do you keep calling”. I’ve never been spoken to like this.

I recently sold my property through Chancellors and I had Katherine Badenhorst to get me through the process. She was fantastic from start to finish, really professional and very friendly. They say buying/selling a property is very stressful and that's why you need someone like Katherine to help you through the process. She kept me sane! Always at hand for a call or responding to emails straightaway. I cannot praise her enough, she was brilliant and I would like to thank her so much for her help through this process. I am a tenant in a rented property that is managed by Chancellor's on behalf of my landlord, my property has been being managed by Charlotte Noel at Chancellor's over the past month or so and she has been brilliant. We have encountered some problems recently with regard to some works that need to be undertaken and Charlotte has managed everything superbly especially as myself and my partner have been unwell recently, Charlotte has really made things so much easier by coming up with practical solutions to our problems and acting quickly and efficiently whilst keeping us updated on what's going on and what will happen next. I have found my communications with Charlotte to be professional, informative and she has been very helpful and approachable. We are very grateful to have her managing things and would very much recommend Chancellors on the basis of this.
