GoogleI am writing this review with MASSIVE THANKS and APPRECIATION to Brian Lane and the team at Chancellors Bracknell. My experience has been superb. My partner and I spotted the ideal property to buy, Brian accommodated a speedy meeting and closed the sale the day after! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Brian's knowledge of the seller was also top notch, his after sales care is superb and we are still speaking following the sale. He is always at hand to give advice and support. GoogleKay produced the brochure for my property. She did so with patience and flexibility in a timely manner. The reason for 4* not 5* was the inflexibility of the template Kay had to work with. I am reviewing the overall experience not just Kay's efforts.

GoogleI’ve moved into a property to find out 1 week later that there was a mice infestation !! I have a 1 year old baby so this has been a traumatic experience. They won’t return any money for fighting with pest !! No one wants to cover the fees of a ,fully managed’ property. It’s a laugh (or rather cry). All my new furniture - a brand new white sofa was full of mice droppings after just 2 weeks. Chancellors did nothing, the landlord pretended to do something but in fact he did very little - he only brought 1 decorator versus mine 10, bought only 2 mice poisons versus mine 6, he brought only 2 glue traps versus mine 40. I’ve spent over £500 to fight this problem, called in the pest control company and finally I’ve managed to stop them coming into the property (there’s still plenty living in walls and floors so it might be a matter of time for them to come back). 6 different flats moved out of this building over the past 6 weeks. It’s some kind of a nightmare. A ,fully managed’ property but yet I have to speak to the landlord in person and he is letting himself in and out of the property and mailbox whenever he feels like. They take photos of each property and all your belongings every 6 months - so intimidating. No wonder they’ve had such issues with the previous people who lived here. Watch out, I’m really disappointed.

GoogleDon't ever expect this company to call you back even if you tell them they never call you back when they say they will.. or even expect them to answer the phone. Honestly the worst Estate agency I have ever dealt with.
