Since she came on board, things have swiftly moved forwards, the problem of leakage has been solved and she has been dealing with the tenant. I would like to thank her for her help.

GoogleVery disappointed with service. After leaving property left waiting nearly a month so far for deposit to be returned and rent over payment to be reimbursed. Made many phone calls without getting any information, betsy failed to call back and molly failed to send email both promised by end of the relevant day i managed to speak to them. So here i am with no information about my money.

GoogleI rented a property from Chancellors which is really a nightmare. Chancellors didn’t check the property, the property overall condition was terrible when moving in. The property manager’s service is extremely poor, and Chancellors completely supports the landlord by ignoring all the reasonable requests form us. Never ever use Chancellors for letting, buying and selling.

During the process, a couple of blockers and unforseen circumstances arise, but they were able to communicate to me and my solicitors efficiently, and close the process as quickly as they could.
