Just awful experience. We lived at a property managed by this company for 2 years. Their service was terrible most of the time - the repairs were always of low quality, their turnaround of getting them done was also awful (had to live off microwave meals for a month due to not working oven). Last but not least parting ways was equally terrible, they never tried to return deposit within 10 days period, tried to push a lot of nonsense to strip us off our deposit. For example, betterment of the property or some questionable invoices for repairs that had nothing to do with us. Luckily TDS seen through this as well and helped to recover most of the deposit... and yet still after the dispute (and paying up any remaining arrears... which I'm sure we have paid earlier anyway), they have the audacity to ask for it again. Sounds like you've got an accountant problem. All these things happen every time when they have or had a new person managing this property. Please can someone from the upper management take interest in how their staff is trained and maybe a better look at the quality of the service that they do, because quite frankly despite a lovely landlord, Chancellors service was absolutely shambolic.

Landlords should AVOID!!!

Chancellors are simply inept at managing properties. Staff are incapable of maintaining a property left with them and have cost us thousands as a result of their negligence. They are a tenant's dream, but landlords, please avoid.
