GoogleI had very bad experience with Bracknell branch while buying a property from Chancellors. They were very un professional while arranging my viewings and not responsive at all to my offer to buy home. Every time I had to call for update and they said we will let you now tommorow, then no one calls. I don't know what was the reason for not replying to my cash buy offer at asking price. It looks like they had preffered buyer or wasting time of seller and buyers just to keep the property advertised under their name. Beware if u are selling through them or double check with other agents on market.

GoogleI have been a Chancellors customer for 10 years, I bought a flat with them, rented it out for 5 years and sold it with them recently. Chancellors have always given me help, support, sensible advice and good service not only in normal situations but especially in difficult ones solving problems (and in one occasion a real emergency) swiftly and with a practical approach. When I sold my flat lately a tricky matter arised and Miss Olha Kuzomska solved it with great common sense. Nothing is perfect on this world and Chancellors is no exception like all other estate agents of the planet but I can truly say that in ten years Chancellors served me well and I'd be ready to use them again. Recommended.

GoogleChancellors seems such a large organisation that it sometimes feels as if the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. There is duplication and contradiction. However Neveah cut through this and gave us very good service in a difficult situation. Thank you.
