A friend recommended Chamberlains & she was right. Zoe offered the best rate & deal & explained the process every step of the way. She and Amy dealt with all the viewings & immediately reported any feedback. As a first time buyer, I wasn't aware how much is involved in buying a home. Despite the property being with another agent, as the onward chain involved Chamberlains - they were proactive and extremely impressive in getting the chain moving, whilst my agents seemingly ended their interest once the sale was agreed! Considering there was no benefit to Chamberlains in getting involved in my part of the chain, James spent hours dealing with my solicitors and presumably others, to cut through red tape & delays threatening to turn a first time purchase into a drawn out nightmare. Whilst the chain moving would I'm sure of benefited them I cannot thank Chamberlains enough for their refreshing approach to estate agency and actually understanding that a house purchase isn't just a transaction, they actually care about the people changing their lives!
