Good then beyond awful

Initially fine and a lovely pleasant experience, tenant changed a year later and I then had to deal direct with the owner "Steve". A arrogant, unhelpful, unprofessional and just plain unpleasant person, result was I was out of money and I cancelled my involvement with chamberlains. They then decided to not do the paid for checkout report or collect any more rent, because the head of the branch head his 'feelings' hurt (I am preparing to sue the branch) Because of manager I'd avoid like the plague..

Well I never thought I would be praising estate agents but the Bovey team were excellent, supportive,efficient, honest and really worked on my behalf! What an amazing team!
