GoogleI have never previously written a consumer review but am compelled to refer to the standard of services provided by the Bovey Tracey Chamberlain estate agent team. It is difficult to find the words sufficient to express my gratitude to Rachel and Zoe for the excellent service they provided. Their kindness, consideration and absolute professionalism from evaluation to completion of sale was evident throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they went well above and beyond to assist, support and reassure me throughout. I whole heartedly recommend this dynamic duo to you . If you're selling and want a hassle free excellent, proficient service then this wonderful team is for you. GoogleWhat a find these two ladies were!! I’d been looking for a new home in Bovey Tracey for some time and whilst I’d looked at several properties, none had ticked the box. Then on the day my ‘now new home’ came on the market, Zoe called me, with excitement!! Two days later Rachel showed me the bungalow and along with me, agreed that it felt like we’d found my next home. Both Zoe & Rachel took the time to get to know me, and understood what my priorities were. Every time they said they would call back or do something for me, they did. I highly recommend Chamberlains at Bovey Tracey with these two ladies setting very high standards. Thank you both, can’t wait to invite you up for a 🥂 visit.

They are both very friendly, informative, knowledgeable ladies who have done everything possible to help with the sale of these properties. Whilst there have been a few ups and downs with the sales, legal aspects, both Zoe and Rachel have kept their cool and done everything to make our sales go through smoothly. Their information and recommendations were always timely, accurate and helpful, their assistance with negotiations was balanced and positive, and their help in sorting out potential problems after the completion of the sale was above and beyond expectations. Thank you to OLIVIA today who was very polite, anything that she was unsure of was noted down to find out (shared access path), respectful to us as viewers of the property but equally for the owners in terms of us taking our shoes off. Olivia showed us EVERYTHING from the access at the front to the parking around the back and even waited out in the cold for us to arrive, just in case we were unsure of the exact property as it was in a tucked away location. A BRILLIANT viewing on behalf of the owners and Chamberlains! Thank you again :)
