Experience of using Oulsnam’s Letting Service was good. Kathryn especially, was very professional and helpful and great with the viewings.One small criticism of lettings in general, i would prefer phone-call rather than just email. I understand that having things in writing is important, but why not do both; make the call, then back it up with email?
