My daughter is a first time buyer and has already financially invested in a property sold by Robert Oulsnam. She was expecting to complete at the end of the month to be told today that the vendor pulled out weeks before. I contacted the branch to discuss and was told they were too busy to assist. I asked for a call back on Monday and was told they couldn't commit because they were too busy. They were not too busy when there was an offer on the table but clearly no customer service after this point. It is disgraceful how they treat people. I rated 1 start because I could select 0 stars. Working in the industry myself, I can honestly say I have never witnessed this behaviour from any experienced estate agents - ever! It seems they are too busy to care.

FacebookI have found this agent the most unprofessional agent I have dealt with recently, I made an offer on a let property over 10 days ago and after constantly chasing for an update and promised call back after call back still nothing!! I have since used another agent found a property completed all paperwork paid the deposit and collect the keys next week.....whilst I am still waiting for a call back from Ouslnam....Can you imagine how bad this is for the landlords they represent?? Very unprofessional service....

Several days ago I left a positive feedback after talking to one of their agents covering South Birmingham. Sadly now I'm remaining a negative one. After providing them clear information they started twisting it. I liked a property and decided to go forward. However, they tried manipulating the situation and to I crease the price. No problem, I agreed again. Then they kept forcing me to accept other updates and on the top of that after calling me on the phone a lady was shouting (Saturday night) and nearly arguing. I did not understand why.Keep providing the same way of service guys and I believe your agents will start looking for other jobs (if they have not yet) soon.Disappointed!

Seemed to be helpful at first but had to do most of chasing myself to get the sale to completion. Also unhappy that the manager personally recommended the buyer and price but on completion it was put in an auction within 36 hours. Overall disappointed.

I dont know about my feelings from this company from the get go. I feel like there was discriminative perhapa racially prejudiced behaviour. First telling me over the phone that certain houses werent available to rent but then after probing further I found that they were still on websites. After a few more emails I was allowed to view and apply for a property only to be told the landlord didnt want me for bad credit, even though I had rented successfully before and that hadnt stopped me and I was never told I had bad credit. I was told my holding deposit would be kept to pay for referencing fees which I believe is illegal.

I owned a single property in Moseley which l looked after myself for many years while l lived in Solihull. I moved to Surrey & asked Oulsnams to manage it for me because of the distance. I chose Oulsnam’s because I had bought and sold through them in the past and found them excellent. Their rental side is as good as their sales - prompt efficient and honest. l would recommend them to anyone with confidence.
